⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredibly delicious! 😍 The pistachio and chocolate gelato here is amazing, and the coffee is pretty decent too! But the absolute best part of this place is Maria! ✨ She is super customer-oriented, cheerful, kind, and so full of life. She brings this vibe that instantly brightens your day. I've been here several times, and it never disappoints. The gelato is always fresh, creamy, and full of flavor, with plenty of options to choose from. It's the perfect spot to satisfy a sweet tooth, especially after a walk on Las Olas. The staff is friendly, the shop has a fun atmosphere, and the quality is consistently excellent. If you're looking for delicious gelato in Fort Lauderdale, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Five Stars for I Scream Gelato! If you are looking for the best treat on Las Olas, look no further. I recently visited I Scream Gelato and was absolutely blown away by the quality. The flavors are incredibly authentic, rich, and perfectly creamy—you can tell they use premium ingredients. What truly made the visit special, however, was María. Her customer service is second to none; she was incredibly helpful and patient as I decided on a flavor. Beyond her professionalism, she has a vibrant, charming charisma that lights up the entire shop. It’s rare to meet someone who is as naturally stunning as they are kind, and her warm energy made my experience unforgettable. Excellent gelato and even better service. Ask for María when you go!

They automatically add a $10 service fee to the bill!! The reason?? I suspect the owner wants to cover his employees' salaries this way—but surely, if I want to leave a tip, that should be my choice, right? What kind of nonsense is it to make it mandatory? And to top it off, they have the audacity to ask if you’d like to add a tip *again* at the moment of payment. What are we supposed to do—end up paying $50 just to eat an ice cream? It’s outrageous!! I stopped by only because my son wanted to. In my opinion, it’s nothing to write home about! It’s basically just ice cream served inside a waffle, but the prices left me absolutely shocked! The menu listed a "bubble waffle" at $13.99, yet somehow—I still don't know how—it came to $23 at the register. When I asked why, they told me the total was that high because we had requested two scoops of ice cream and asked for sugar sprinkles on top. Well, in that case, why didn't they mention that when we were placing our order?? It’s an absurd amount of money to pay for what is essentially just ice cream!! And as for the taste?
